Department of Health RNA Project
Trustees of the Alliance wish to thank the RNAs for their feedback following the Away Day discussions, as shared by the Chief Executives. It is clear from the communications that there is shared agreement that achieving the outcomes of the RNA project continues to be a priority, and that a supported network of affiliated RNAs will be crucial for pushing for improved neurology services on the ground.
The Trustees reiterated their commitment to work towards achieving both these aims. They therefore wish to explore with the RNA network, the structures, resources and membership benefits that will be necessary and affordable to ensure this happens following the end of the project in 2011. In the meantime Trustees will be exploring how to maximise the effectiveness of the resources in the existing project.
