Neurological Alliance nominated for an award!
The Neurological Alliance has been recognised for its work in securing a wave of new policy commitments aimed at improving neurological services.
The annual Communiqué Awards are designed to recognise and commend excellence and best practice in healthcare communications that deliver real improvements in healthcare and do the right things for patients.
The entry from the Neurological Alliance, ‘Securing intelligent outcomes: revitalising the campaign for a new neurological policy framework’, has been shortlisted by the judging panel in the category of ‘Excellence in Communications: Payers/Policymakers.’
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 4 July.
Arlene Wilkie, Chief Executive of the Neurological Alliance, said:
“To have this recognition is truly great news. For too long, neurological services were seemingly neglected. “Securing intelligent outcomes” sought to change this, and really brought neurological services to the fore. Being shortlisted for such a prestigious award as Communiqué showcases the progress we have made, and the efforts of all those involved really do deserve celebrating.”
